Is the secret domain of the aging spirits.
The awesome caverns hidden deep underground
Hacked from the rock, a hidden secret domain.
The spirits mature and rest and develop
To tickle the developed taste-buds with the joyful refrain
Of glorious wonderful vintage Champagne.
