Write a hardship poem~The hardship could be moving forward after a tragic loss, having to work through a difficult problem, or even just showing up for work. It can be serious, funny, or complicated.
Day 7~~RECOVERING FROM LOSS
This is a sad sad story of a sad sad loss,
A valuable love lost by circumstances
My companion and friend has been very rewarding,
We struggled together, through time and weather
Maturing together for a number of years.
We have endured highs and lows together,
Enjoying the good times forgetting the bad.
I have shared food from my loves passion,
And I have watched our relationship mature.
Feeding her with love and care and affection
We have seen off the enemies to our interests,
Confident our struggles would mature with love.
Our time together was well spent together
I take much away from the relationship.
Goodbye my dear friend, my London allotment.
Then a move to Norfolk new fields to explore,
A new allotment is available and rented
A stack of plants transported from one to another.
The shrubs and fruit bushes instantly replanted
Hard work and establishment, a heady affair,
A strong relationship develops, slowly maturing.
The seasons pass in fruitful and mutual love,
Affection built up through caring and sharing
The highs and lows of the gardening year.
My Norfolk affair has become very strong,
Love has matured, many hurdles surmounted
Drought, wind and sunshine, a climate of trust.
Built on nature of life and the growing year.
Recovery from loss is complete and secure,
My new allotment is my pride and joy.
